Realising that very few people want to sit outside in the cold of winter to learn about barbecue, we introduced cosy supper clubs as a seasonal alternative. Such was their popularity that we are also now hosting these alfresco throughout the summer. These enable us to be more creative with our menu and serve twists on Texas classics. Six to eight guests get to enjoy four courses in a private setting. Whilst more refined than the clinic sharing platters, we still stand by our mantra that you will walk in and roll out. Typically, our supper clubs are booked out by a group of friends. It is BYOB and you have full control of the tunes: a surefire recipe for a great night.
